Tech Support does NOTHING!

Generally ok application, however forget obtaining any assistance from technical support. Update: Its been weeks since I contacted tech support and still not as much as a word from this company or its technical support site. They just let your tech support ticket sit there completely unresponded to. Deleting app completely. By the way, anyone notice this app hasnt even been updated since "Feb 2013"? Doesnt give me a real secure feeling putting on my device! Just an observation.
